How long have you in business?

This is the most frequently question we get ! We have been providing process serving and other legal services since 1990.

How long before you effect service?

Sameday Rush 24 Hrs.- means that when the papers (document's) arrives at our office we immediately start the process.We need confirmation from the client due to the fact that this service do cost extra but can be quoted on a flat fee basis. Some time and mileage may apply.

Regular 72 Hrs.- means that when the papers (document's) arrives at our office we normally make a first attempt within one or three working days of receipt it may take a longer if they have to be sent on to the nearest suitable process server.

How long before we get the proof of service? An Affidavit.

If service has been effected direct from our office, the proof of service will be dealt with the next day and proof can be fax to you and original will be mail or courier out.

How do you monitor and track documents for service?

Upon receiving the papers (document's) at our office we place it in our tracking system method until services is completed and original copy of affidavit is sent to you. We monitor the document's 2/47.

Note; For Hague Certificates- typically takes 3 to 4 weeks after service to arrive back to us. Countries varies.

TIPS-HINTS; If you have on hand a photo or any description's of the individual's to be serve please send it along, this does comes in very handy and will help our server to expedite the service. (All photo's will be returned to you). Law Firms a memo required.
